Trying this one more time. Plz plz plz help me find this little kitty back to her home. Found her east Windsor. She came to my door, wanted in and was very hungry. We have had her 2 weeks now and no luck finding her owners. Very sweet girl, had to come from somewhere. She is even used to young kids and dogs. Hopefully with some help I can get her back home.
130 am i followed a drunk driiver on mcugh. She pullednto a driveway and fell out of her car. I told her she should be ashamed of herself that she was driving all over the road and she said she was coming from work. Shame on you for driving so stupid and putting others at risk. What a loser.
On Sunday mornings, I sometimes shop at the Food Basics on Dougall. The cashier who is always there on Sunday mornings is always very friendly and if there is no one behind me in line, always helps me bag my groceries. I just wanted to say thank you for doing such a great job on truly caring about your customers.
A couple of days ago I witnessed a brief, but so sweet interaction between one of the male baristas at the Chapters' Starbicks and an elderly gentleman getting a glass of ice water. Apparently, this gentlemen "mall walks" then comes to Starbucks for cup of cold water. What I loved was that there was no difference in the treatment this young man gave this gentlemen, as opposed to the paying customers . In fact the old man told me, laughing, "he calls me old man, and I let him bc it's true and I can still kick his butt". The barista smiled and threw a friendly, "oh yeah, I heard that" over his shoulder as he was making someone else's coffee.
It just made me happy bc the older gentleman seemed so happy, you know? :)
I have lived on Turner Rd. between Met Hospital and Ypres my whole life and I have never had issues with my neighbours until recently. One of the houses sold to a young man who seems very nice for the most part. He takes care of his property and goes to work during the week. Unfortunately he holds parties every weekend without fail and it is always very loud and disruptive. People are coming in at all kinds of hours, screaming at the top of their lungs outside of the house. Just pure blatant disrespect to those of us who live around him.
This thoroughly disgusts me and makes me look upon younger adults with dislike. I don't want to approach the young man about this because I don't want any issues between us as neighbors but I am losing sleep because of all the noise. I am ready to call the cops and file a complaint.
Any advice out there would be appreciated.
Sincerely,
Losing some much needed sleep over here.
I have a cat that is part of my TNR program. Usually the feral cats are willing to go back outside after their night of healing. This little guy just won't leave. I'm starting to believe he could be someone's lost pet. If he isn't he is an abandoned one. His hair is dry and brittle from being out during our rough winter so he has been missing a while. 519-982-2999
To the gentleman at my work (burger king on walker near Cosco) what you did was small but touched my heart. I was talking to another gentleman that comes in all the time. Not knowing I asked him how his wife is doing ( I knew she was sick) and he told me she had passed about a month ago, so this other gentle man came over and handed him a toonie and said I couldn't help but hear what happened he said the least I can do for you is buy you a coffee. Just so you know he was very happy.
To the gentle man that touched more then just my heart: thank you so much
Super huge thank you to the person who found the game I bought today ay Walmart on techumseh road east and returned it to walmart personnelle. I am very grateful,I saw it was missing when we got home and was super bummed. The way it goes with me is if I didn't have bad luck I'd have no luck at all, so whoever you are, you made a little girl and her mother very happy tonight! Thanks :)
