I am hoping to find out if anyone knows if there are any all female adult softball teams having registrations or if the signup dates have already passed? Thanks!

To the jackass driving around parent and erie sunday afternoon with the sports car made to look like a race car.( pale blue with I think #6) thank you for giving me,my boyfriend, our baby and puppy a jerk smile right before you went 0-70 down parent with your engine so loud it left my ears ringing 10minutes and shook my core. I am sure you find it funny to scare my puppy and baby. What I really don't find funny is the possibility that you could have damaged my sons ears. If the noise hurt my ears and left them ringing for 10 minutes I can only imagine the effect it had on my 7 month old baby. I can only imagine the reason you feel you need to drive around like that. Thank you for being such a douche

Congratulations to the Cast and Crew of WDX's

This weekend I had the opportunity to see the dance show "Strings" performed by Windsor Dance eXperience. The talented young cast put on an amazing show! They should all be very proud. Kudos to all the parents and volunteers who help make these shows happen and create such wonderful experiences for these Windsor youth.

Spotted

I just want to show how inconsiderate people really can be. This is what my store looked like when we closed today. I understand working in retail comes with its own stipulations but seriously this is not because of retail.. This is just inconsiderate people with a serious lack of consideration and common courtesy.

Bike Stolen From Remark Fresh Market

My bike was stolen today between 10am and 2pm (when I noticed) from the front of Remark Fresh Markets at 2727 Howard ave.

This bike means a hell of a lot more to me than a mode of transportation. Whoever stole it didn't just steal a bike, the stole the hope it represents. This bike carried me across Canada in 2010 during a cross country breast cancer initiative to raise awareness. As well as a number of other charitable rides. It has been my noble steed for 4 years now.

The bike is a Specialized Cirrus 2010. It is black with white lettering and a bowed top support on the frame. It looks like this older photo of it but now has white brake and gear cables.

Any information, please message anonymously through choward.web@gmail.com. l am offering a reward for its return and a no questions asked policy assuming the bike has not been defaced.

If the person who stole it is reading this, please understand that you stole much more than a bike and if you have any decency in you, you'll return it for the reward and walk away.

Thank you to the gentleman who picked up the tab at the Backroad Cafe for the Vet and his wife.
That was my Dad and Mom. She told me you came over and thanked my father for his service and you picked up the tab and my Mom had tears in her eyes.
Thank you again. Your gesture was very kind :-)

Horrible Service at Mi Casita

Last night my husband, myself and another couple went to Mi Casita for dinner and drinks. We had the worst service we have ever received at a restaurant. One server took our drink order, which took about 10 minutes to get (was not that busy at this time). Another server took our food order, which also took a long time...people that arrived well after us got food before us. It was a special menu because of Cinco de Mayo so there was only a few items on it and we didn't ask for anything out if the ordinary. Got our food but our table did not have any cutlery. We asked our server for some, 10 minutes later still didn't have any so we asked another server for some. She went behind the bar and started getting them ready by rolling them in the napkins. Finally got to eat...food was mediocre at best. We had ordered another round of drinks...still did not have our drinks after waiting 15 minutes. Finally I see the server tell the bartender about our drinks...I waved at her to say we didn't want them. She came to our table 10 minutes later and said you didn't want your drinks? I said no, that took way too long...she said oh well and shrugged her shoulders!!! We ask for our bill, she brings our bill...we got 2 dinners at $10.50 and 2 drinks which was about $10....our bill was $47.02!!!! My husband looked it over and everything was priced right but when it came to the total it was almost $20 in tax...when my husband questioned her about it, she said she didn't know how that happened and went to go fix the bill...this time it was correct. As we were paying a server came around and asked us if we wanted water....what a joke, we weren't asked the whole time about water only when we were leaving...we didn't even have water glasses so I'm sure that process would have taken another 15 minutes. I am not one to complain about service and we remained polite the whole time but you can not treat customers that way and expect to stay in business long! We will never be back and we will be sure to let people know about our experience!
