I was doing my usual shopping for my lunch items at Donna's Deli (Great Place BTW), when I saw that From Our Hands To Yours was now open. I decided to take a look inside because I like handmade items, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Inside, it was really cozy, there were tons of items for anyone on your shopping list (Over 60 crafters under one roof!) and many everyday items in unique-form. The customer service was great, and the mother & daughter team running the store truly care about their vendors & the products in the store. They were very helpful & had great suggestions. I found some great gift ideas for Mother's Day (even a handmade card to go with it). I will be stopping in again very soon, and any time that I need a gift for someone. I am so glad that we have this awesome store in our community & business owners who truly care. The next time you are in Riverside Plaza (on Wyandotte), take a look inside-you will be happy you did!

I work at the east end walmart and experienced something that I believe should be recognized. Today a young boy (25 I wanna say) and his mother came threw my till. There was pillows some bedding duvet etc it came up to around $130 before I even said the total the son said debit and inserted his card. He than looked at his mother and said happy mothers day. She was shocked and almost in tears. I thought it was the cutest thing. I just looked at her and smiled and replyed that she had a good boy there. You are amazing young man and have been spotted. You made my day and I know for sure your mothers :)

Help Needed!!
Tonight while at Moksha Hot Yoga Windsor some wonderful person stole my Gray Gary Fisher bike. The primary lock was cut and left behind, but the secondary u-lock on the rear tire was not present meaning they had to walk or carry the bike away. This happened between 8:30-9:30 May 7, 2014. There is a black wire metal basket mounted to the front handlebars which are black Bontrager make. The seat post and tires are also Bontrager brand. There is a silver metal rear carrier mounted to the seat post as well. The picture does not include these but since the thief may remove them this is what it may look like (if they don't spray the frame). There are metal clip in style pedals and the tires are Presta valves not your ordinary stock tubes most bikes come with. I have filed a police report, and are offering a $500 reward for its safe return. This bike is worth much more than the $50 worth of drugs this wonderful person is most likely trading it for! C'mon social networking, this is a small city and a distinctive bike. I have never seen one like it. Please contact me or Crime Stoppers if there is ANY INFO!!

Tonight I was out picking up the finishing touches for my sons birthday tomorrow. I was at the royal Canadian superstore on walker rd... My son loves the free cookies there that cater to the younger generation. A cookie in young eyes is a life time event so being the mom that I am I thought wouldn't it be nice for my son to wake on his birthday to his beloved cookie.. I asked. Mad props to Amy who was behind the bakery counter at the time, she not only happily obliged my odd cookie request. On it she wrote happy birthday 4... Such a tiny cookie, she has amazing skill. :) thank you Amy! You go above and beyond :) a wonderful start to our year of four as a little boy gets to awake to his favourite cookie. Thank you!

Lost Volkswagen key fab with a cluster of other keys on it somewhere at or around Tecumseh mall Friday night may 2nd. We are lost without them and really need them back. Please message if you have them. Thanks.

I really don't know where to start. My daughter had cancer at 18months Los. She has been Cancer Free for 27 years!! Last Monday she suffered a Mild stroke and as heart problems (congestive heart for life) I just want thE nurse in CCU to know how amazing you all are. To answer all my question. You all have a very hard job not knowing if your patients will make it or not . You have giving my daughter so much Love and made her feel so comfortable. Thanks Farrah for spending the night with her so I can go home to sleep,Thanks to Natalie Jazmine and all the others your compassion will never be forgot . I don't know what I would of done without the excellent care from each and everyone of you. You all Have been spotted.Thank You Dr. Jina for being a Kind and Loving Dr. Without your help and knowledge she won't be here . God Bless and be Proud you truly are all Amazing
