I was working a grocery shift (I'm usually in produce) at the east windsor Walmart today (sept 24) and I spotted a small boy in a pikachu hat shopping with his mother. I looked at the hat, smiled, and continued to work. A short while later they came down the aisle I was working in, and I had to compliment him. The hat made my day so much better.
Your mom mentioned you thought people thought the hat was weird and you felt self conscious, but let me tell you little man, that hat is awesome, and so are you! Keep finding the happy things in life, and good luck catching a Snorlax!
*highfives*

My husband was hit in our vehicle at the corner of Grand Marais and Howard this morning around 6:00am by a dark blue Chevy Cobalt or Pontiac G6. We would appreciate if anyone who saw it happen could come forward with information, or if the person who hit him would claim responsibility.
For the lady that got her driver side window smashed today at Devonshire mall just wanted to say I hope they find the low life person who did this! I just wanted to say you were very kind and calm!!!!.....I hope everything works out for you!!! Signed from the lady with the toddler.
Can everyone please share this...
About 8 months ago I was forced to surrender my beloved family dog Angel to the Windsor Humane Society. She was my daughter's best friend & we miss her more then you could imagine.
Angel is a lab/ boxer mix. She would be going on 4 years old soon. She is spayed & micro-chipped & she loves chasing balls. She is great with other dogs, children of all ages & even cats.
If anyone knows where she is could you please help us find her. I know she was adopted out so if anything I just need to know that she is in a loving home.
Yesterday while visiting the casino, l started talking to an elderly lady sitting beside me. She was so pleasant and easy to talk to. Not a complaint came out of her mouth. She told me she had turned 103 years old in July. I was so amazed at how intelligent and young this woman talked and looked. Kudos to you for being the person you are today. She talked highly of her retirement/ nursing home in Leamington and the great staff they have there. I did not catch her name, but l am sure people must know her. Treasure her every day, she was a delight to talk to. And thank you to the staff that takes such good care of her. Her only complaint - the home did not provide trips to the Casino, she has to rely on her friend to drive her. Wishing her many more years of happiness :)
