Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings all around the world
To the gentleman who paid for the young woman's tea tonight when her card didn't work, that was very nice of you. She was startled, surprised, and very touched when I told her that her drink had been paid for. Thanks again from the cashier, and I hope you see this. :)
I found a black wallet on Sunday Oct 23 around 4:30 pm at the corner of Langlois and Shepard would really like to get it back to its owner if anyone has lost a wallet there recently or knows some that has wont put the name off the id on here as I want to make sure it gets back to the rightful owner so the person will have to give me there name
On Friday, Oct. 21st I was in a funeral procession on the way to heavenly rest. Almost every single car along Lauzon Parkway as well as 42 pulled over. When we got to provincial and cabana there were construction workers from I believe Aecon along the side of the road that took 2 minutes out of their job and took their hats off and waited as we passed. I want to thank all of you for that sign of respect. You don't see that often and it was very heartwarming!
Today my daughter and I went down to our riverfront excited to see apart of history the USS Detroit. we walked down to see in our disappointment the ship was parked behind the tree's and the entire surrounding of the ship was fenced off like they were pulling into a dangerous city. I've been backing up the city of Detroit my entire life and I find it extremely insulting they had it blocked off so we couldn't even take pictures.
milky way at Point Pelee national park on one of their dark sky nights events
sunset at Point Pelee national park I call it Excess Baggage, it is called that because it was the song that was playing at the time
So, I went into Subway earlier this evening with my little sister who's 3. We were standing in line and I noticed the man in front of us kept giving my little sister a smile and making her laugh. I placed the order for my sister and when I went to go pay, the cashier said "the man infront of you paid for the meal." my heart literally melted and I got so emotional I almost started crying lol. I turned around so quickly to find the man but he disappeared super quickly. I went outside to look and I couldn't spot him anywhere. So, to the man who paid for my sister's dinner this evening, if you're reading this, thank you so much. You have no idea how happy and emotional it made me. I truly wish I would've gotten to thank you in person, maybe one day we'll cross paths again and I'll be able to.
I have misplaced my keys and would really appreciate getting them back if someone was to find them. Please, please contact me if found. Lost in the west end of Windsor.
