Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings all around the world
Friday night around 8pm I was leaving from work out of the metro parking lot and someone behind me in a white car was flashing there lights at me. I thought it was an accident so I kept driving. They did it a couple more times but I didn't want to pull over as it was dark & I had just had my windows tinted the previous day so I couldn't roll them down... I finally realized my lights weren't on.. they must have turned off the setting while it was in being serviced. To the person who tried to warn me, THANK YOU & Im sorry for ignoring your signals.. it was not intentional.
I lost important keys in parking lot in front of CIBC on Malden Road. If found please contact me.
To the very impatient driver in the silver ford pick up truck, leaving the St. Clair College parking lot at the Cabana Road exit this morning around 8:25 am. Check your handbook. When there is a pedestrian crossing the street in the direction you are headed, they have the right of way. No amount of horn honking or one finger saluting is going to get me to move into that intersection before the pedestrian is across that street. And, low and behold, we get to Dominion (and a line of traffic at a RED light), and you had to continue your vulgarities. Nice way to behave, somebody taught you well, young fella!
To the girl driving east on the expressway around 4:30 driving a black Honda. GET OFF YOUR PHONE!!! Not only were you texting a driving but you were in the left hand lane holding up at least 15 cars, but as I passed you I saw you not even looking at the road but at your phone in your hand with a smile on your face. You won't have a smile on your face when you hit something killing someone or yourself, you will wonder what happened and most likely blame the other person. I wish I would have gotten your license plate so I could report you to the police. Again I say to you.. put your phone down, whatever you were smiling at and responding to isn't as important as people's lives around you!!!
Found a iphone in a purple phone case next to the university parking garage. today Jan 20 around 12pm . It had a screen saver with a nice quote. The carrier was with Telus. We turned it in to the entrepreneur building (2455 wyandotte st west). The lady at the desk said she would give it to the campus police. I hope you get your phone back.
