Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings all around the world
Nice parking job by the silver Honda Odyssey today at the medical building on Howard and Memorial around 245/ 3pm. The yellow lines are there for a reason and because your inconsiderate and selfish butt can't adhere to those lines, I couldn't get in my drivers side door. All you had to do was look down to see you were parked over the yellow line! I have been nice enough to include a photo for you. Six inches between our cars just wasn't enough for me to squeeze in. I left a ton of room there and you still managed to cozy on up to me without a care in the world. Karma.
I would love to reunite this lost sheep to the child that loves it dearly. The sheep was found in the parking lot of Family Respite Services, Children First and The Southwest Regional Autism Program. If I had to guess he was most likely lost last Friday before the rain came. He's a tad dirty but he's waiting patiently for his owner. Feel free to contact Carol at Family Respite Services 519-972-9688 if you know this lost sheep. Somewhere out there a child is missing him dearly. And somewhere out there a parent is losing sleep. Feel free to share. ❤️
Yesterday evening, I had to go into met for an emergency. The ambulance attendants were awesome, kept me calm, and did everything they could to make sure I kept my mind off of what was going on. They're an awesome team, and definitely made the night easier. Thank you again so much!

Are you missing a grey cat in South windsor? This poor thing has been coming around for a month or two. Does not seem feral but is afraid to get too close. We have been feeding it daily and have not been able to determine the sex. We would like to trap it and bring it to the humane society as it now has an injured back paw and we are now certain that it is homeless. If this could be your cat please email or text 519-562-0294. Will post pics when i can get some.
I had emergency surgery Thursday night and I am a patient at WRH Met campus. After getting the go ahead for solid food, I walked slowly down to the Subway in the cafeteria around 6 pm. I was very happy to see someone behind the counter still serving people. It was a very nice young woman who was more than polite and was very pleasant to talk to while making my sandwich. It is always nice to see someone smile and treat customers in a friendly manner. But this young woman did a little extra. When I got back to my room, I saw she had wrote "get well soon 😊" on the package. My heart was already warmed by your kindness in doing your job well, but even more so with the thoughtful comment you took the time to write on the package. I wish I would have looked at your name tag, but I hope this acknowledgement gets back to you. Keep up the great work!
