I spotted in Windsor the nicest person named Jamie. I was stranded in my work van around 2:30 August 27 during the flood. My work phone died so I asked someone to use their phone. Not only did Jamie let me use his phone he drove me back to my Jeep which was a chore because most of the streets where flooded. Thank you Jamie you are the kindest person I've met in a long time. I hope the water didn't damage your truck. Mary.
I just wanted to take a minute to recognize SAM she was working the drive thru sunday evening. Ihad just spent the day in the ER with my husband, who was finally admitted for health reasons.
This employee was super friendly and took the time to chat with me, after a super stressful day it meant a lot to me. That extra service with a smile and the laughter
Thanks SAM
I hope one day you will be driving in your own AUDI.
Yes, there's a witness. If you reported it to the police when the idiot hit your truck with the contents of his grocery bag, good for you, and if you need someone who saw it as a witness, I'm available.
I'm all about the new trash rules to help control rodents- but when the city experiences flooding like yesterday- you'd think they'd have their waste management make exceptions to remove any additional garbage that may have occurred after water got into so many basements? This is what my front yard looks like after garbage has already gone by! Clearly you can see the rolls of wet carpet in the bags. Not cool City of Windsor.
