Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings all around the world
On Nov. 24th around 9am, to the young lady in the dark grey Toyota RAV 4 at the MacDonald's on Manning Rd. in Tecumseh, thank you very much for paying for my order! It was a very kind gesture I'll be sure to pass on. You made my day!!! THANK YOU from the guy in the grey F150 : )
If you made a purchase at LuLuLemon this weekend and realized you lost it. I have found it. Comment what is in the bag and I'll tell you what store has it in it's lost and found.
A huge thank you to Simon, who helped me unbox an item and get it into my van at Toys R Us. You took the time to help, when you could have gone home after you picked up your purchase. Your kindness was greatly appreciated😊
Spotted on the Dominion 5 headed from St Clair College. If you are a perfectly able bodied young student it is common courtesy that you STAND UP on the bus when someone needs your spot. A mom got on carrying a newborn and not one student sitting in the priority seating section offered to stand up so this woman could sit down with her baby. If I had noticed earlier I would have said something but I was farther back and it wasn't pointed out to me until it was too late. I approached the woman afterwards to apologize on behalf of my fellow students but seriously ?!?!!! That should never have happened. Please be respectful when on the bus.
Thanks to Mayor Gary McNamara for being the best example for our people and youth, I wish I was with my kids this cold morning at the intersection of Lesperance and Tecumseh at 7:30am,to show them who was there and what he was doing with the Goodfellow newspaper up high trying to get donations to help the ones that need the most, He is our government, he is our representation in the country ,he is the maximum city authority, and he was helping to get donations props to him PROUD TO BE A TECUMSEH RESIDENT AND TO BE REPRESENTED BY HIM
Today after work I quickly ran into Indigo to grab my boys a book. There were two cashiers both busy happily helping the women in front of them. So I stood in line and waited my turn one of the cashier and customers left to go look for something and the other customer said Oh I'm so sorry I'm taking so long. I said no worries and started looking at the cool bins of stuff they have at the check out area. She seemed flustered and said I'm really sorry I had my chemo treatment today and I'm not feeling very well. Well this just took my breath away. She showed us her port and I stood there absolutely speechless. There were a million things running through my head, I didn't know this beautiful brave women standing in front of me, but I couldn't stop but think this lady is apologizing to me because she felt like she was taking too long. There were a million things I wanted to say to her, but I said no take your time I'm in no rush, she went on to tell us she had liver cancer and breast cancer. I wanted to hug her but again I was speechless. I want to tell her what I wish I would have told her standing in line where she gave me a moment to reflect and realize, you never know the struggles of the person in front of you or anywhere for that matter. You are a beautiful brave women that I believe has the spirit of a fighter so open and willing to share tells me she has the attitude of a survivor. Thank you for that moment you gave me and gratitude for sharing your story. I don't know if this women is religious and I'm not really but I believe You attract the energy you put out and I believe it comes back to you. So I will be sending this beautiful brave stranger in front of me in line at Indigo love, healing, light and prayers that she kicks Cancers ass!!! #F**kcancer
I owned this Christmas train (picture posted) for many years. It's a limited edition Christmas Marklin train. I had to move in with extended family for the months of September and October 2017 before I could move into a new house. I have reason to believe a member of my family sold it. If there is anyone who has purchased this train or knows about this, it has been stolen and sold to you and is a greatly treasured family item. Please contact me and I will arrange to get your money back that you paid. It needs to come back to our family. Also another way you would know that it's my train is that inside the middle blue car there are a few tiny halo toy figures that I kept there as memory of my brother. Please please respond to this/ contact me.
