Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings all around the world
To the wonderful police officer that didn't go the correct speed limit and decided to cut me off without signaling a lane change last night while trying to get to work driving down Tecumseh Rd going east, thanks I really appreciate it!! Officers still have to use their signals and obey the rules of the road too ya know!!
To an acquaintance of mine who has helped people in need at Christmas for many years. This year she was looking for a teenager to help and after searching kijiji and other ads for a single parent with a teen, realized she had someone right in her own back yard. Thank you so much for your generosity, kind spirit and thoughtfulness, you are an angel! My son will be well taken care of this year! Signed a grateful friend.
I saw this on a friends face book... a man with a big heart trying to help his buddy get home to his dying mom before Christmas
First post:

All it takes is a SIMPLE act, to warm a heart!& lt;3 To the lady i was walking by, as i entered the WalMart on Dougall...taking charge and offering another lady, who was attempting to push a cart AND a wheelchair to her car. She very quickly took initiative, "Do you need a hand?"and without waiting for the struggling patrons response, grabbed the cart and said "No worries, i will follow you to your car and help you out". I barely caught the whole incident, but as i absorbed what i had just witnessed...it warms my heart to see such acts of kindness in our city!
Spotted: To my wonderful, thoughtful, generous, 9 year old son, you just sat on the couch and counted what little money you have saved up and placed it in 3 separate baggies with mom, dad, and nana on them and said that it was for Christmas gifts 😊 I know you wish you had a Baggie with papa's name on it, just know that this Christmas he will see how generous you are from heaven. I love you sweetheart! Signed - a very proud momma
SPOTTED 1020 AM - Thank you lady in silver Saturn Vue who paid for my coffees @ Tim Horton's drive thru this morning on Kildare and Ottawa. It was pleasant and unexpected. I also left my money with the cashier to pay coffee for the person behind. PS ... Happened to have a dashboard camera to witness this generosity
I would like to thank the person who hit my parked car and ran away. As an adult student with a family, what I really needed was more stress. If you had simply come forward, we could have gone through insurance and it wouldn't have cost me personally. Thanks for making Christmas a ton more stressful.
Spotted : To the woman in the black car who sped out of Walmart parking lot in the east end at 12:40pm thank you for almost hitting me!!! Maybe if you get your bluetooth out of your ear and pay attention this wouldnt have happened.
Signed the girl who YELLED merry Christmas even though you almost hit me
