This is my Facebook status from Jan 8th, 2014. Still don't know this lovely lady. She deserves recognition.

So I break down on the Windsor autobahn today. No one would stop and help me push car literally 8 feet off of the road. Thought I was going to get rear-ended 50 times. I just said a prayer for help. I start freezing to death when my hero for the year stops. The prettiest, petite lady with her young son. She comes out in lulu lemons and fuzzy boots, perfect hair and got down to business! All 99 pounds of her! Directed traffic better than a cop! She didn't even have gloves on and refused to let me push! Thank you kind stranger in the maroon S. U. V. Your kindness brought me to tears. Your son witnessed a true selfless act I know he will always carry with him! God bless!

To the amazing waitress at Lumberjack. You are a great waitress. You make my son and I smile. Every time we go in there you buy my son something out of the stuffed animal machine. Reminds me of when I was his age. Thank you for your great service we need more people like you :) To the woman who got my son the blue and the yellow lizards you have been spotted. Thank you.

I was on my way to work today, I guess things happen for a reason I missed one bus, caught then next. A guy in a small sweater said he was 21 and started talking about how amazing he felt, and that he had never experienced anything like this before. Before having a chance to ask he told his story about how he had missed 3 busses in a row, because a man walked up to him, drunk and crying saying he didn't want to live anymore and explaining why. He ended up talking with him, in the cold for 45 mins, gave him his phone number and promised they could be friends. Afterward, He had wandered off back home and this 21 yearold man got on the bus and begun the story.

To The Super-Hero! ... the one who nobody knows his name! it was an amazing thing. :D

To the gentleman who used his snowblower to clear off the whole 3600 block of King Street. Thank you so much. I have 2 special needs children and am sick myself plus my husband works 2 jobs. You saved a tired man and a grateful woman for your kindness. You have been spotted.
