At Koodo today. So grateful to Salesperson "Kristy" for taking time to help us with our cell phone troubles. After spending numerous hours on telephone with sometimes very rude Representatives, and over 2 hrs. at a phone kiosk, Kristy instantly eased our frustration, and took control to resolve our issues, putting Customer satisfaction ahead of "The Sell" Thankyou Kristy.
To the two guys at my garage, Kevin and Scott. Again thanks for always taking care of me. If my car/ truck knocks , stops, or wheezes, I know I can count on you to do a fast professional job. I also know that I'm NOT being taken advantage of (somewhat rare in these days) . I just wanted you to know how much I appriciate it. Not just mechanics but friends...thank you so much for everything budget auto!!! Look them up people! Next beer is on me;) Shannon
On my way home from work, spotted all the 'fake ice' recently installed at Charles Clark Square dis-assembled and bundled up on pallets. Maybe the 'real ice' will return soon?
Today my 8 year old son had an appointment at the fracture clinic at Met hosp. We had quite a wait. There was 3-4 people who made this wait a lot easier on my son(who has a broken collar bone) by playing tic tac toe and playing mind teasers with him. I just wanted to thank them for helping pass the time.
These scarfs and hats hanging at a park near downtown. The notes read, "Take one if you are cold" Thank you to the person who put them out there.
I'm not sure who is responsible for the side walk between pellissier and ouellette but on university ave downtown.. on Starbucks side(but before Starbucks) it's basically an ice sheet and today I witnessed an older man fall flat on his butt today! And three people almost do the same.
Excellent service at Green Earth! The two young ladies working yesterday afternoon were great. They helped me find a perfect Valentine's day gift for my girlfriend. I wish all stores had service like this.
to the two ladies and young boy hanging scarves on bushes and statues downtown on Tuesday evening, your thoughtfulness was spotted. Thank you for thinking of the less fortunate.
