These great Southwinds neighbours donated 842 baby hats to LeeLee Hats today! This group in the past 6 months donates over 400 hats a month to our baby hat donation project.
Over 28,000 hats have been donated in just over 3 years.
Because of great people like our Southwinds friends, many families have benefited from our donations. Every strand of yarn in this batch was donated from our community. If you have yarn to donate or would like to get involved please contact us at leeleehats@gmail.com or on Facebook.
The mechanics at Doctor J Auto Clinic Inc on Howard were so nice and didn't try and rip me off like most garages do! Very helpful and explained everything to me. Also not over priced at all. I highly recommend them. They are at 857 Howard...

I highly recommend Ambassador Animal Hospital for any care for your animal. They are caring, professional, knowledgable, and premises are super clean. Prices are great too! Had an awesome experience with them recently, was really worried because I knew my dog's teeth were bad, but after them extracting 28 teeth I thought she would be really ill. Meanwhile, she's doing very well. Thank you to both Dr. Sehkon's and all techs. You helped my dog live longer :)
To the driver of the O4 heading downtown on Ouellette ave. today around 1:00pm, thanks so much for not only speeding past us at the bus stop, but for also splashing a large amount of water over my son and stroller, even bundled up he ended up soaked. You have been spotted, and I will be complaining to those working above you. With what we pay in bus fare now we deserve alot better than that.
Today my mother was in a car accident on Manning Rd., south of County Rd. 42. A couple in a grey pick up truck with a golden lab stopped to help. My mother was unable to thank them, and she did not get their names. If you are these people, or know of them please contact me at s_grenon70@live.ca...my mom and I would like to thank you in person if possible.
Today around 6 PM on Erie street I was unable to avoid a large puddle as a van was coming barreling at me from the other direction and it wasn't moving over or slowing down. I tried to brake to minimize the water that I could clearly visualize soaking the pedestrian on the sidewalk to no avail. I don't know hoe wet you got but there is no way you stayed dry.
I drove around the block hoping to find the individual, to apologize and to offer a ride to wherever you were headed and to make sure there was no lasting damage to your clothing. If this was you... respond here with a description of your jacket. I feel like such a heel.
