Awesome service yesterday morning ...thanks Brooke. This is the friendly customer service that is appreciated. You were smiling, friendly and helpful. In the few minutes you served me...I thought to myself this young lady should be noticed. You have been spotted Brooke ! I hope your boss knows what a great impression you make on customers ! Keep up the good work :) Signed a happy customer who enjoyed the apple strudel this morning
We were at red lobster on Tecumseh road for dinner tonight and I just wanted to thank our waitress! She was amazing, she went over and above. She talked and joked with my boys. She brought them out hair nets, aprons and beard covers, joking with them about having to wash dishes for their dinner. My boys loved all the attention. Thanks so very much!
My husband has been healthy but a little over weight he was at home this Friday and he was having some chest pain so we decided to go to the clinic In Essex, he was sick keeping nothing down even water then he started to get hot and sweaty. For two minutes he was having a heart attack at 36. The ambulance arrived 3 minutes after that and he was rushed to the hospital. We got their a little after he did I was a nervous and panicked. The nurse who was taking care of him said he did have heart attack and 98% of his arteries were blocked. She did say that that they were working on him and would take about half and hour to and hour to get the stents done. The nurses and the head nurse of the department were so quick to get my husband better. they even came out every ten minutes to keep us updated. I cannot even express how grateful I am to all the help of the nurses and doctors who took care of him. Even on the forth floor he was very well taken care of. So all in all I want to say I am so happy and grateful for all the hospitals concern and care and quick action thank you so much for everything.
Met Hospital... From the time I got there Friday morning with my 11 year old son until the time I left , everyone was fantastic. From the triage nurse to the x-ray and ultrasound technicians as well as the Cute nurse who did his blood work and iv who said she did not have any kids but still talked to my son like he was a real person . I just wanted to say
Thank you for taking Awesome care of my son

It took place in Lasalle, but the smoke could be seen from Windsor.
The fire took place on a tiny island, making it difficult for firefighter to put it out.
