To the security guard at Shoppers Drug Mart at 9:45pm Thursday night. If you weren't so busy combing your long beard by the cosmetics area, you would have noticed the young lady in the blue PJ pants with the bicycle standing outside in the parking lot unloading all of the things she had just stolen from her pockets. I was astonished to see her pull 8-9 items out and put them in her shopping bag before getting onto her bike to ride away all smiles.

Shame on you Mr Security Guard, you are part of the reason retail loss is at an all time high.
