Spotted : Thank you to the young woman who gave me her parking permit in the hospital lot on Ouellette Ave. this afternoon. Your unexpected kindness put a smile on my face and a spring in my step. As I was leaving I passed that permit on to a gentleman who had just parked in the lot. That made me feel even better. Thank you, for making my day.
