I know our ER rooms don't get a lot of appreciation. I want to thank the Nurse practioner Lourdes and the nurse that assisted her today. I had to have a procedure done at Met ER this morning and I was in so much pain and scared. By the grace of God I got these two angels to help me. Such efficiency and kindness.
