Lately while at work I have been feeling over worked and under appreciated. Today my boss says to me great job. I just assumed he was talking about the help I did for another branch ealier in the day. When I checked my e-mail later he had sent me an e-mail from a customer that had nothing but praise for the customer service I provide. That small token of appreciation really made my day and put a smile on my face and makes getting up early every morning to go to work that much easier.
