To the 4 teenage girls driving eastbound on the expressway around 7:20pm, wake the hell up!! I looked over & the passenger was kneeling over her seat throwing something to the girls in back, who were bouncing around & looked like they were laughing hysterically. The best part, the girl driving was looking down at her steering wheel where she was holding her phone & texting! I guess all these new media blitzes about texting & driving are not getting through to everyone. These girls are going to end up dead or even worse, they are going to kill an innocent person, or multiple people.
