On Jan 13th 2014 my daughter was crossing the street at Howard and Eugenie when she was struck by a Silver Honda Civic. The women driving was looking down most likely texting while driving. When she realized she had hit my daughter she got out asked if she was ok and before she had time to respond she jumped back in her car and drove away. The Women was in her mid to late 30's with dyed blonde hair driving a Silver Honda Civic all my daughter got was the last 3 digits on her Plate... It was an Ontario Plate last 3 digits are _ _ _ _ 958. My daughter is a minor and according to the LAW this women should have either drove her to the hospital home or called an ambulance and WAITED until it got there. NOT Drove away. It is NOW considered a Hit and Run and the Police have not been very helpful. My daughter had to walk on crutches for 3 weeks and now is walking with a cane for a few month's. If you know this women or see this car please EMAIL ME Right Away.
