We stopped in at the family fun centre tonight to play some games. My girls soon discovered a few defective games that shorted them tickets. The young bald guy that works there happily gave them extra tokens and at the end of the visit generously accomodated their loot selection upon redeeming tickets. Thank you young man for maintaing a smile and a positive attitude. Your above and beyond customer service left a smile on my face and my two littles incredibly satisfied.
