Kudos to the staff here after having to endure the harassment and vulgarity spewed forth by a customer who made a scene this afternoon in front of me, my family members and other patrons. You guys kept your cool and "made it right" for her - I would have asked her to promptly leave the establishment. She obviously wasn't getting enough attention today, hasn't learned how to behave herself in the "grown up" world, and decided that trashing you guys loudly, rudely and unjustifiably was the right thing to do. We were disgusted by her behavior - and she continued to be loud and disruptive throughout our meal. You guys, on the other hand, handled the situation as professionals.
