Me and my S.O come in often with our little ones and we came in last week and we were discussing how great we think your customer service is . You have the kindest words and always a bright welcoming smile . What is even more important about this post is that we ran into you at a bowling alley on saturday and you went out of your way to not only say hello but it meant so much to us that you took the time to recognize us as something other than just a customer !! You came up to us and struck up a conversation and went out of your way to say hello to our children .. Keep up the great work !! You made our day by that small gesture!!
