I've been looking for the owner of a precious baby bracelet I found in September in the Devonshire Mall parking lot, outside of Moxie's. It has the name "Rayne" on it in a particular way, and looks valuable. I'm sure it's sentimental but I need a full description if it's yours and I'll check the comments.
