I would like to thank Ron at RK automotive for the excellent service I received. I needed a battery changed back in October, and it recently failed. When I brought it back for servicing, he found my vehicle was the issue and recommended I bring it to my dealership as it was still under warranty. Ron warned me that the dealership would probably blame the battery for the issue. He said he would take the battery back for a full refund if that was the case, even though he wasn't neglegent.
