This is to share a spectacular customer service experience that my family and I had at the Red Lobster location (6575 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8T 1E7). A couple of weeks ago, we visited this Red Lobster location and had the pleasure of being served by Gary I. Gary I. did an amazing job with making us feel right at home. He was a fantastic waiter who consistently made sure that we were comfortable and that we had everything that we needed during all points of our meal. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were well cared for and anticipated what we needed before we even asked. We were so impressed with his service, care and humbleness that we want him to be recognized for all of his efforts! We reached out to head office and shared this experience with them. We conveyed that you should be truly valued and recognized for providing such a positive experience to the Red Lobster establishment. We also shared with them that you should be rewarded and promoted within your company because you excelled at providing such amazing customer service and for making us feel right at home.
