Just a shout out to the nice lady at the Hotel Dieu Ouellette campus hospital downtown Windsor. Long story short I was stuck in the exit of the parking lot. The very old metre took all my money but wouldn't let the gate open to let me out. So basically I was stuck there and couldn't get out and the nice lady come up behind me and used her money and let me out and then had to pay another four dollars for herself to get out ...So what should've cost 8 dollars for both ended up costing $12... grateful for decent caring ppl like you .. you made my day brighter
