Diagnosed just weeks before your 33rd birthday with breast cancer you wanted to donate your hair before chemo stole it. You allowed each of us to snip a braid while "Fight Song" played in the background. I watched as you mouthed the lyrics and sang them to your 5 year old son. You held him close while he rubbed your arm.
