This is to share a wonderful customer service experience that I received from Lorelyn. Lorelyn works at the East Windsor Walmart location. While shopping at Walmart, Lorelyn helped me while demonstrating excellent customer service skills. She was very pleasant, kind and patient in addition to being very friendly and helpful. I have let head office know about my experience because I think that when we come across employees who display such great customer service, that it is important that we take the time to notify their employer in some way so that they can get recognized for their efforts.
